Job Opportunity: Licensed Mental Health Worker

Location: Cook and Bigfork

Located throughout beautiful Northern Minnesota, Scenic Rivers Health Services is a patient focused not-for-profit primary care organization.   We are excited to offer a new position to our model by integrating mental health services in a primary care setting.  Currently, we are seeking a licensed mental health worker to expand our services at our Cook and Bigfork, MN locations.  Our clinics are conveniently located within critical access hospitals and together we provide a continuum of quality healthcare to our surrounding communities. By teaming with our primary care providers you will together create a true healthcare home.

Working with patients of all ages, the position will assist patients with management of substance abuse, mental health issues, as well as assisting with social service needs.  The position includes but is not limited to counseling services.  The mental health worker is encouraged to collaborate with primary care providers who are on-site as well as local health and human services, community resources, referral resources and assistance programs.

Scenic Rivers Health Services is a Federally Qualified Health Center which enables you to focus on the patient and not production.  Clinic schedules and patient appointments are quality focused creating a rewarding practice.

 GE Centricity is our fully implemented EHR product and is used for all documentation.  EHR training and implementation of mental health documentation will provided.

Preferred credentials: LCP, LCMHC, LCMFT, LCPC, LGSW, LICSW, LAMFT, LMFT, LPC, LPCC or LP Current or eligible for MN License.
