Job Opportunity: Site Manager

Location: Floodwood Medical & Dental

Positions Available: 1 Full Time
Hours: Monday – Friday; 8am - 5pm
Location: Floodwood

We are currently seeking a full time Site Manager for our Floodwood Medical and Dental clinics. This position is responsible for the oversight of daily functions and supervision of Floodwood medical and dental staff. The Site Manager will implement a positive team environment through employee engagement and improvement of business practices. This position will perform primary reception duties as well as functions related to accounts receivable, billing, and release of health information to outside sources.

Site Manager Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and engage employees at medical and dental clinic locations
  • Develop and implement work flow processes and procedures for improvement of productivity
  • Attend required meetings such as but not limited to Compliance, Quality Improvement, and Site Manager meetings
  • Ensure facilities are well kept and general maintenance is completed or coordinated
  • Perform primary reception duties for medical site and back up for dental site by answering phone, scheduling and registering patients, and placing reminder calls
  • Compile patient charts with required information for each appointment
  • Provide high quality customer support to all patients and visitors
  • Perform financial duties including bank deposits, record deposits, and report total deposits at month end process
  • Inform patients and provide necessary paperwork for financial assistance programs such as SAGE and SFS and enter applications into data practice management system
  • Complete requests associated with medical records and HIT including scanning documents and release of information
  • Participate in the new hire selection process and interviews of employees.
  • Follow guidelines for the disciplinary actions of employees and be involved in the termination process when appropriate.
